Adding Depth and Colour
With 17 years of piano experience and 12 years on trumpet, I bring versatility and musicianship to both instruments. I am proficient at chords, harmony, and texture, using the instrument both as a writing tool and as a way to shape arrangements. I’m confident learning by ear and adapting quickly to different musical contexts.
On trumpet, my playing is defined by a warm, controlled tone that blends seamlessly into recordings and live arrangements. I’ve contributed piano to tracks such as Do It Again by Leevai and trumpet to Beake’s upcoming release, and both instruments to my own project, Hag.

Leevai
Recorded at Hunting Ground Studios, this is an unmixed (partially uncomped) track that demonstrates my piano abilities. With no practice, we had extra time in the studio to experiment with the piano, where I did several takes of improvisation.
World Within
Beake
I recorded Trumpet for this track as part of a release for Vermillion Records. Lachlan Beake writes R&B/Jazz/Funk inspired songs, which is why we opted for adding trumpet. The process went for 3 hours (including breaks) and often involved Beake humming the part and me translating it on trumpet.
